Refund policy

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility:

  • You may return new items within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.

1.2 Exclusions:

  • Items that have been used are non-returnable.

1.3 Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@earthagain.co.za informing us of the return and reasons.
  • In your email, please include the invoice number, item description and physical address and contact name and number where item can be collected.

1.4 Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error or faulty item.

2. Refunds

2.1 Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@earthagain.co.za. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
